To fly tandem with one of our instructors you must be physically able to run, and weigh between 60 lbs and 230 lbs
The Big Flight
3000ft Descent
This is our most popular tandem flight. We drive from our Landing Zone 20 minutes up the side of Mount Haleakala through the Haleakala Watershed Preserve forest to our Ferns launch at 6500′ elevation. From launch we have spectacular views of Maui’s central valley bordered by ocean on either side as well as the islands of Lanai and sometimes Molokai in the distance. The flight time is approximately 12 minutes with a 3000′ decent back to the Landing Zone.

The Short Flight
1000ft Descent
For those that prefer a shorter flight we drive from our Landing Zone 5 minutes up the side of Mount Haleakala through Kaonoulu Ranch pasture land to our Echos launch at 4500′ elevations. This launch also affords spectacular views of Maui’s central valley. The flight time is approximately 4 minutes with a 1000′ decent back to the Landing Zone.
